Casal Aveda Institute will be awarding one FULL PAID scholarship in Cosmetology and one FULL PAID scholarship in Esthiology at this event on Sunday August 17 , 2014.
The contest will take place at Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Metroparks in Youngstown.
