Duties include:
Shampooing/Scalp Massages
Hand Massages
Applying Color to Assist Stylists
Scheduling
Answering Phones
Light household chores

Earn a raise after 90 days and performance raises after that. The Assistantship will turn into a full time stylist position in the future.
