MC Hair Consultants is looking to hire a professional hair stylist who is motivated to take their career to the next level!
30-40 hours a week
3-5 years experience in the Beauty industry and behind the chair is required. Stylists must be knowledgeable and able to perform services such as custom color, balayage, custom foils, cuts, perms, event styles, and eyebrow waxing. The individual must be very goal oriented, and provide guests with detailed, and thoughtful consultations. The stylist is expected to arrive 30 min prior to the beginning of their day to review their guest's history and set a daily plan.
Our Guest Care is a top priority and should be reflected in your intentions each and every day. Stylists will have set goals both in service and retail. The stylist will have the opportunity to participate in special creative projects both in and out of the salon and mentoring programs. The stylist will be interviewed by the salon owner as well as MC Stylists and must also perform a technical interview.
