MC Hair is currently searching for a certified NovaLash lashing technician.
The technician is responsible for providing the guests with in-depth consultations prior to their application and customizing the lashes to the client's preferences.
The individual must be able to thoroughly communicate the care needed to maintain lashes, and educate the guest on all aspects of their maintenance. We are looking for a technician to work 20-30 hrs a week, with 1 - 2 years of experience.
Required Skill Set:
- NovaLash certified technician
- Apply a full set of NovaLash extensions in a 2.5 hour time block
- Apply a lash extension refill in 1 hour 15 min
- Provide guests with thoughtful and detailed consultations
- Support the guest's application with the correct NovaLash care items supplied in our retail
- Stay aware of the retail needs and communicating with inventory manager
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
