One year of retail sales experience a must
Can small talk with guests
Cosmetology and/or esthetic degree a PLUS
Drawer reconciliation skills

Meet and/or exceed retail goals
Follow up with guests by mail, email and phone
Maintain a clean and organized facility
Attend event and other outside activities as necessary (not currently offered)
Offer Aveda rituals to each and every guest (not currently offered)
Knowledgeable in computer software, SalonBiz and other standard software packages
Maintain and promote positive public relations
Audits register amounts during opening and closing procedures
Provide general administrative functions and completes other duties as assigned or directed.
Performs other duties as required

Training is provided. On going training is required by advisor to stay current and grow skills.
